    ….out of town this weekend, but on monday evening i was gonna head on down to joe’s(the weightlifting shoe guy) to get some lifting shoes….anyone else wanna come?

    I just finished a WOD at Crossfit Portsmouth with a group of sectionals athletes. It was fun to train in a different environment. the WOD for time was:

    1 mile run
    30 C+J 115#/75#
    30 C2B pull ups
    20 C+J
    20 C2B
    10 C+J
    10 C2B

    rx’d in 21:24

    Got 160 unbroken DU’s in my warm up today, which was sweet!!

    Did CTB Pull-ups on the min got to min 10 and failed
    rest 2 min
    Did Burpees on the min and got to min 13 and failed

    I wanna check out the shoes too…and I know quite a few ppl are interested so I was gonna take a head count to see how many ppl want some and then ask him to come to us at the gym instead…

    Let me know if you’re interested in doing that.

    If not, ill go with you on Monday B-MAC…if the time works for me – what time do you plan on going and what is his address?

    Sntches didn’t feel good today. I tried a couple singles and failed at 12 lbs less then my PR. On the other hand, I tried some muscle ups and they went up easier then ever. I probably did a total of about 20 today and didn’t have trouble with any.
