got my press up to 135# for 5 reps on the last round.
Took the 45lb KB – KB swings are the only movement that aggrevates my back injury – so i increased the tempo.

Got my ass spanked…not sure how i got home after but somehow i made it. Great way to start the weekend!

no points for being dumb today, 5 rds (counting error on my behalf) 120# 6 reps + 2 pd KBS unbroken except for last 2 rds, rd 4 rested kb at arms length, round five 16 +5.

Stuck with 45# on press. Got 6, 5, 5, 4. 35#KB (thanks Steve!) first two rounds unbroken, 3rd round dropped it on the last rep, 4th round had to rest with 10 reps left.
