Workout of the Day
Complete 10 rounds:
Row for 1 minute, rest for 1 minute.
*Your score is the total amount of meters rowed
*Penalty is 1 30″ (men) or 24″ (women) box jump and 1 GHD Sit-up for every 5 meters under 3000 meters (men) or 2550 (women).
*NO PENALTY, if you beat your previous score!
Compare to Jan 26 and Feb 18.
Unlimited Training Program
The “official” CrossFit Winnipeg unlimited training program, as of now, is Tue,Wed,Thur,Sat,Sun. We experienced good success with our sectionals athletes on this schedule and hope that something a little more structured will benefit all of you. If you can’t make that schedule work, then of course we will still be offering great workout options on Mondays and Fridays.

Did the Canadian Crippler today – mostly because I hated the idea of today’s workout and Pascal let me…
Anyway, it is aptly named – I’m Canadian and I feel crippled…those pullups at the end…yikes…
I would have been eliminated at the Sectionals, but I still felt pretty good about a 23:15

I think that is being kind – this is the wod from hell!
Last time I did this workout we totaled the meters differently so I can’t compare the two. 2357 meters, 39 box jumps, 39 GHD situps. Honestly, I would rather do an entire workout of box jumps and GHD situps than this! Thanks Kim and Angela for keeping me company on the penalty!
