Last time I did this workout we totaled the meters differently so I can&#039;t compare the two.  2357 meters, 39 box jumps, 39 GHD situps.  Honestly, I would rather do an entire workout of box jumps and GHD situps than this!  Thanks Kim and Angela for keeping me company on the penalty!</description>

In January I was all excited about my fast movement on the rower, today was all strength and no speed, I think if I had turned up the dampener sooner (6.5 to 8) I would have had more meters but I&#039;ll know for next time.</description>

Anyway, it is aptly named - I&#039;m Canadian and I feel crippled...those pullups at the end...yikes...

I would have been eliminated at the Sectionals, but I still felt pretty good about a 23:15</description>
