    Wow that was tough!!

I found the CTB’s to be okay (although most sets were broken) but the ring dips were very very hard. I struggled through the last 4 sets dips just 1 at a time…. I was so gassed from the WOD that I couldn’t even do any double unders (only about 50 in total). Thanks Brendan for pushing me through it!

    * Reminder that the JUMP ROPES are in a box at the gym… ready to be paid for and picked up!

Please take a rope only when you have PAID for it. Leave the money in the envelop & fill out the info on the sheet so I can keep track. Thanks!

Coming off the stomach flu so did a modified wod:
    5 rounds AQAP
    10 C2B
    5 ring dips

    DUs
    60-71-57

71 is quite a big PR for me, happy with that.

I was humbled by a 10k run tonight…felt yesterdays wod all over again !

this may have been one of the most frustrating workouts ive ever done!tore my hands up bad and just couldnt get chest to bar! i would get 4 or 5 easy unbroken every round then struggle for the last 5, i dont get it, never had this much trouble. dips felt good cause of all the rest they had due to prolonged time at pull up bar, must have done 40-60 extra pullups missing chest! total time was just shy of 28 min. pr’d th DUs 38, 42, 50, thanks for the rope Jo!

C2B Mostly unbroken, the last 3 were very tough..
Ring dips were OK, but my arms have seen better days (ie ripped up from the ropes)

    DESTROYED it on the DU’s.
    20 – 64 – 102 Broke 2 PR’s…

    Felt good..not for a day of rest…

Driving to Canmore for sister’s wedding!…just left and I’m already antsy! Entertained though, to say the least…cuz we have the DVD player for movies/Dane Cook on the Ipod/and the Playboy channel on satellite radio.lol

…Looks like another road trip for the end of March, yahoo! Thx Mich! We’ll make sure to keep all CFW athletes organized and focused. :-)

For the wod I did 7 rds (assisted pullups and dips) instead of 10…then I did a little amrap wod to sweat it out before the trip – hope to get a few wods in while I’m away, on top of the snowboarding (injury-free plz!).

    Have a good wk!

Wow I thought scaling this would be a cinch, but I’ve got some serious DOMS! I did 10 rds
    5 CTB unbroken
5 assisted ring dips (with a band)

    ~13min
Bad day for DU – 21, 33, 21, I haven’t quite mastered the new rope.

But the tris are really feeling it today, seriously typing is bad, just holding my arms up from flopping on my lap is hard. I guess the ass ring dips are still helpful.
