  • Might have to break into the gym this afternoon, I slept in and missed the WOD, I’m feeling like I missed something really important, guess im going for a punishment run instead, starting at Grant and Stafford and going Straight West, not stopping till I learn my lesson, hopefully its before Kenaston.

  • Got absolutely humbled by todays workout, used 45 pound to start, lasted 2 rounds then used 40 for a few and ended with the 35. Left with a bruised ego.

  • 10km < 1hr

  • I think this wod humbled most of us. Did the pullups using the blue band, did handstand holds instead of HSPU.

Used 15# on the wod as the 17.5#’s were being used. Was glad I stuck to the 15# as that just about did me in! After a day of moving furniture I don’t think I will be able to use my arms tomorrow!

Not too shabby – you got through it just fine. I think that was an accomplishment in itself.
