Workout of the Day
Pull-up 3-3-3-1-1-1; rest 120s
“DT”
Five rounds for time of:
155/105 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155/105 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155/105 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
15 minute time limit
Just a few quick notes:

(2) If you have accidentally taken home a white and red single left ladies Nike free shoe, you might want to bring it back to Aissa who is stuck with a very lonely right shoe.

First time posting a comment on here, just finished “DT” with 155# and couldn’t finish in time, I think it was something like 16:59. After playing this workout back in my head I’m sure I only did 6 HPC on the last two rounds which makes the whole thing that much worse! Next time.
good for you for posting that Myles, it takes a big man to admit to mistakes and humble himself.
rx’d 11.46 – cleans got to me with grip, surprising as I love cleans.
Really wanted to go Rx’d but after watching Myles battle I realized I wasn’t going to be able to do that. Went with 135# and happy I did, still kicked my ass barely finishing in time at 14:54.
85# in 14:48 What a grueling WOD!
Just finished….ouch….that damn 60s goblet squat and 90 sec swing made my ass and back sore so the cleans were a little funky….and I switched 60lb seated dumbbell press for the 155lb push jerk (could not go overhead in my basement….

This Wod crushed me. Tried it RXD’ and only completed 3 rounds in 15 minutes…
