CrossFitters have this bad habit of putting condescending slogans on their T-Shirts and laughing at other exercise regimens we find less effective, less enjoyable or just plain stupid. I am acutely aware of this and realize that I shouldn’t put down other people’s exercise habits – I mean at least they’re moving, right? However, I’m making an exception today for your entertainment pleasure. I came across this video via Mark’s Daily Apple. Enjoy!

Tabata hollow rocks followed by tabata situps is just wrong!
I Love Crossfit. Let me explain. I felt like crap when I walked into the gym tonight. Was greated with smiles and hello. After warmup I started feeling a litlle bit better but holy shit after all those tabatas the adrenaline well anyways I really felt better about everything. Again thanks MLC and Tania for everything. You guys rock.

Ah yes, the rounded shoulders and lack of tone in the butt really says how developed Paltrow’s muscles are. That’s right ladies, if you want that emaciated starved look, NEVER lift more than 3# weights. Who wants to look healthy anyways, I’d rather look like I was starving and begging for a sandwich.
