  • 105# x4 and pushups are still my nemesis :S

    And I had to carry 25lbs of kitty cargo 5 blocks to the vet and back again, my arms are officially toast.

  • 105# x 4 was my best bench for the day. Ring dips were tough after that and had to break them up. Same with the push-ups. GHD raises 15 reps per round with 15# and those shoot throughs were rough.

  • Great presentation by Dr. Andrew. He gave a lot of confirmations on my current research and provided some reassurances on treatment courses. Amazing to see how a healthy GI tract impacts brain and body function!
