I think using the word 'Miracle' to describe any kind of noodle is just wrong!

OHS felt great!
Got to 85# and I think I could have done 90# with enough rest in between...

GHDR are tough but worth it, managed about 12 unbroken. As for the Shoot-throughs, well they go into a nasty category on their own!!! Fun tho.

Mandy,

Def: •is useful for slimming and for irritable bowel syndrome. It slows the absorption of carbohydrates and speeding its transit through the body.

In other words....it makes you poo alot...lol

As for the guy in the video, why isn't he skinny yet?

Way to read the signs early on and listen to your body Superbean...

Years ago I had a bad groin injury that put me out for 5 months...in hindsight I realize now that I DID have early signals but the problem is that I really had no idea how to read them. Now I know that my groin thing actually starts in my lower back and if I don't deal with it...it will make its way down to my groin...So the moral of my story (haha) is that when signals reoccur they are much easier to read...

Although this calf injury I have now...is a brand new injury...and I suspect it may have started with a tight hamstring...then a slight knee tinge...and into my calf....Next time I will know what to look for.@SuperBean

100# OHS. Didn't know what my 15 RM was so I did 85, 95, 100. 15 reps really takes a lot of focus.

Also, if it sounds too good to be true - it usually is!

Onto another day of chiropractor, massage, ice, fish oil and no sugar - not necessarily in that order!

Did some basic research and I would send up red flags for this one:
(a) it's been banned in several countries including Australia - this isn't necessarily a problem but would need to be checked out.
(b) it's touted as a cure all weight loss product, which should always send out a red flag. If someone wants to lose fat there are better ways to do it, as our members can attest to.
(c) It's pretty processed stuff. Although it's made from Konjac root, which would seem promising, the problem is that even traditional ways of eating it include tons of processing. It's like soy, which is basically poisonous unless you ferment the crap out of it. That's never a good sign.
