  • 16:00 Rx’d @ 155#, apparently I’ve put on some muscle :P

    Rows were 2:00/2:05/2:10 I sort of paced myself on the row so I would have some gas left for the DL but I wish I had rowed harder, next time…

  • This looks pretty awesome-I think I need to change my rest day!! Every Thursday I look online and I’m dissapointed I’m mising the WOD. Some schedule tweaking may be in order.. :)

    Just thought I would share a concoction for “Pancakes”, its really good!
    Can’t Take Credit, my friend Drea gave this one to me…

    Drea’s Pancakes
    1/3 cup oatmeal
    3/4 cup egg whites
    1/2 banana
    cinnamon
    vanilla (optional)

    blend and fry

    Bon apétit!

    Unlike Kim I have gained fat and not muscle lately…that said I still wasn’t expecting to have to break up my DLs…first round was unbroken but then I went 6+6; 6+6

    Tried to keep my BJs slow and controled…as i didn’t fully trust my injured calf…plus it seemed like a good time to try and catch my breath…

    Next time I think I can shave a minute or more…

    b-mac if you didint leave after my second round it would have been a very low 10:00 . thanks for the “go”. along with Pascal and Sarge…holy crap what a WOD.

    oh boy.

    Rows were definitely the hardest part for me. damper setting was about 7 or 8. first round about 1:50 pace, 2nd round about 2:00, 3rd round about 2:10 pace.
    DL’s were unbroken and felt light at that weight.
    Box jumps were broken on all rounds.
