2000 olympics 69kg weight class…the bulgarians are such dope lifters…400#+ clean and jerks at 155# bodyweight…sick!!

Had a good morning today. Power Snatch 90lbs (which was my previous 1RM!) OHS 95lbs could have went heavier I think.

Not a great morning for me weight wise – Power snatch 60# which is my one rep max from previous so I guess that was good. OHS 70# which I have done before but failed at 65#x3, so repeated 65#x2 and then got 70#x1. I really liked doing part C this morning. I felt like with the lighter weight and Coach Steve’s cues and tips I was finally getting the proper technique for the snatch. Tough lift.
