Canada Day Team Workout

A1. Push Press, 3-2-1, 180 sec
A2. Pronated Chin-up, 3-2-1, 180 sec
B. Bench press, AMRAP @ 175/120 x 5 sets, rest 180 sec

    Had an awesome day today!
    A1-75#x3-85#x2(F-2nd rep)-90#x1(new 1 rep max!)
    A2-3-2(broken with 10# vest)-1(10# vest)I can’t believe I pulled myself up with weight!! Thanks to Steve for encouragng me to try it!
    B-Bench Press 55#x7-75#x3-65#x7-65#x7-65×5

    On another note while practicing at home yesterday(as some of you know I needed some practice!:)) I was able to get up into a HSPU and then push one out! I was psyched!

    A2 – Body weight 3x – Body Weight 2x – Body Weight + 10lbs x1
    B – 135#x10, Finished 135#x5 (3 rounds,left at 9am)

    Still sore from Friday! Weak…

    Another good morning with the 9am crew!
    A1 – 95# x 3, 115# x 2 and #125 F. I failed this weight a few weeks ago too, but I thought for sure I would get it today.
    A2 – kipping x 8 (haven’t kipped with palms out before for more than 3!), kipping with 15lbs x 2, last round tried one strict and was soooo close but failed. Kipping x 2 for last round.
    B – 75# – 12, 10, 8, 6, 7
    Thanks to Brendan for pushing me. Each round I managed more reps than I thought I do. It’s amazing what you can do with someone yelling in your ear :)

    A1 – 65# x 3 (PR), 70# x 2, 80# x 3 (PR)
    A2 – 3 – 2 negatives wearing weighted vest with extra weights (15#), last one with 20#.
    B – 75# 5,5,4,6,4.

    Had a great workout this morning!! Felt great after.. Lifted some weight I haven’t done before.. Thanks coach for pushing me.. And thanks Nicole for having my back and cheering me on!

    b) 55,65,70#
    c) 11,9,8,6,6- 40 total @ 175# no spotter

    a day late but I enjoyed this one
