3 rounds for time;
400m medicine ball run
20 Squat Cleans, 95/65#

You MUST run the entire section… doesn’t matter how fast, but it must be a run.

    Yesterday and today were great wods…both kicked my ass!

    Today not sure what was tougher…MB run or Cleans…all I know is my lower back was screaming!

    Nice work everyone…I’m seeing some great numbers on the board these days :)

  • 23:22 Rx’d. 20# med ball. Amazing, hard workout. Pretty sure that is the hardest I have ever worked in my life, but feels pretty good to have Rx’d!

  • I have to say the hardest thing for me in this one was figuring out how to hold that stupid med ball….oddly enough I found the way that worked best for me was resting on my hip, just like how I used to carry my kids. It made running a bit harder but it helped with the weight. Loved this WOD
