  • Part 1: Rx’d 14:05 (45 pullups, no band, excited!!) Had to bang out a lot of single rep pullups
    Part 2: Tried T2B but ripped on the pullups so ended up just doind GHD situps
    Part 3: 4:17

    Good job Nicole B on the pullups and T2B! Hopefully our hands heal quickly :)

    Nice work on the pullups. I am still trying to get that kipping to work for me!

  • A) 9:21 did 21 pullups the second round because I forgot the rep scheme. Killer on forearms.

  • Part 1: 13:31-had to use the 45#KB though b/c my my hip…I did 12 pullups unbroken! I was pretty psyched!
    Part 2: Made it to the end 15th rep on the second round when my hand ripped(ouch!)…so I stopped.
    Part 3:4:22-I found it super hard to row with my hand ripped…I know, I know….I am a wimp!haha :)

    Thanks! You rocked the pullups today too and the SDLHP! I am hoping our hands heal quickly as well-showering afterward stung pretty bad!
