  • Hands down the best pic ever posted on this site. Love it!

  • Where’s the smile Pascal? Nice Pic!

  • July 29 – 14:35

    Nice pic!

  • 17:51 RX’d. brutality after yesterday’s wod. but still glad I did it :)

  • By the way… “longer session” on Saturday won’t be all that long… it’s 3 shortish events spaced 10 minutes apart. Might take about 90 minutes incl warm-up….

  • whats the womens Rx weight?

  • 28:05 Rx’d. Totally agree with Brad…brutal.
    Honestly, don’t know how I finished this one. Total mental game that judging by my time I think I lost :) Oh, well tomorrow is a much needed rest day.

    @Kristin
    105# and 14# Hope you crush my brutal time!!

  • I’ll be in at 4 just to row and roll out, there’s 10 spaces left in the class but I don’t want to bump anyone who actually wants to do the WOD so if it fills up please let me know.

    And that is an awesome pic :)

  • So to start with I did this WOD barefoot because I forgot to bring socks! :)

    I only used 75# for the C&J..I can clean 105# no problem but I can’t jerk it. I am seriously lacking in strength overhead. So I had to scale down-grr! I also only used the 12# wallball because I wasn’t sure how my hip would feel doing them. It held up pretty good-I did them pretty slow as a precaution. I think my time was just under 20 minutes.

    @Jodi
    Way to to RX this one!

  • 18:09 @ 145# congrats to all that Rx’d/finished. this should be a benchmark WOD with a nasty chick name(or dude), very humbling.

  • So this WOD is a heavy Grace and Karen all combined into one?
    Bring it. 6pm.

  • @Harvey @Scott F
    Insert innuendo about doing both girls at the same time here _________
    (just bc I’m not working out doesn’t mean I can’t stalk the comment board while I’m bored with work!)

    @Jodi
    Way to go!

  • @Kimberly
    I’ll leave that for Chris’s facebook status!

  • this was killer…I thought the clean and Jerks would feel a lot lighter then they did which was unexpected and the wall ball like usual was horrible,
    17:07 Rx

  • Thanks everyone for the encouragement..is it to early to say I hate wall balls?
    I also have killer pain in my wrists above the bone,is this normal? Almost like a tendinitis.. icing as we speak.

  • Indeed this one was very humbling.
    21:25 Rx.

  • @Val
    Not normal. Get someone to check out your clean technique next time you’re in (as long as the wrists feel good). I suspect you might not have been racking the bar on your shoulders. Good for you on getting the ice on! It is normal to get little aches and pains here and there and it’s important to learn recovery techniques. Icing is the right thing to do.

  • Full props that goes out to everyone that did that wod today. It was a good one. I think I put up the slowest time on the board. Not sure what is was. Somewhere in the 26min range. But I feel really good about it for a number of reasons.
    A. 175lbs was my previous 1rm Clean & jerk,

    B. I ran 12km and bike 10km just before I got to the box, and

    C. 155 is my own body weight throwing up above my head.

    Once again well done to everyone that participated. There was some impressive times up on the board. Thanks for cheering me on Pascal and Steve.

  • 17:05, Rx’d. gave myself waaaay to much time between wallballs and C+J, always thought that the cleans were gonna fail, cause they’re 2# over bodyweight and there’s a lot of them, then when I actually started them they were fine and I’d rip all three off…wallballs were all unbroken, though, so that’s something.

    My CrossFit experience was so awesome!! I don't think I've ever been around that much genuinely positive energy in my life! Everyone was so gracious and helpful, and at the end of On-Ramp I really felt I could do anything!! Your entire team, male and female, have such enviable physiques and I know I can get there, too, so thank you for what you guys do and for what you"
