    Reversed the first part and did 3 sets of 6 by accident. I need to get some glasses!

    Awesome! Way to go!!! Unfortunately I didn’t see it because I was on the demonic rowing machine but I heard the cheering afterwards!! :)

    I got a PR today too-195# on the deadlift…so close to 200#..next time….

  • Deadlift 3 x 6 @ 135#
    1RM was 225# which is a PR and I know I could have gone more but my 10mins was up.

    Nice to see everyone getting PRs today!!

    My heavy 3 turned into a heavy 2 at 275#…just couldn’t pull the 3rd.

    I will tabata anything…LOVE TABATA…except rowing!
