Reminder: This Saturday is a 3 session day for Saskatchewan-bound athletes… 3+ hours rest b/t sessions.

    Lol… what if we had an alphabetical cuss list… that way people could just walk past the list and say the appropriate cuss each round and that way they wouldn’t have to remember which round they’re on… just which cuss they said last!

  • 14 + 8, used 105# for the cleans and these were the easiest part for me. Did ring dips on the GHD machines.

  • 10+1, used 100# for the cleans and did the ring dips using a band for assistance. The cleans were tough(I think I failed about 4 times). The burpees were the easiest part for me.

    Steve, I forced myself to do the last 2 power cleans because I knew you were watching. They were ugly though. Take care out there and continue to kick ass on your WODs!

  • worked up to a heavy single in clean and jerk…hit last pr (245#)…rested 1 hour…

    20 rds rx’d of “explicit”…muscle-ups games standard (jump into rings 6″ above reach)…all MUs “true” grip…all burpees UB…thanks B for the farewell WOD and it was nice to see so many people show up for such a challenging workout…

  • Did the same as Explicit and worked up to a single in the clean and jerk…hit a PR at 265#, almost had 270#…next time

    “Explicit” WOD sucked, but I liked all the nice words I got to yell at the end of each round. 12 rounds + 3…wanted to die half way through. That was a long WOD for me but it was fun doing it with Steve, Pascal and RC nice work everyone!

  • Steve you are an animal!!! No one can keep up to you. That was a great WOD and I am glad I got to do it with you, Derek and RC. Great work you guys! Steve you will definitely be missed. Farewell and all the best. I won’t say that I love you though…that’s a bit heavy (Derek has a man crush)!

    loved it though and Steve you will be missed.
    not sure exactly what round I made it to…I think Piss?? rx’d saskatoon

  • exactly 15 rounds with the muscles ups (starting from tippy toes not games standart) and using 105# for the cleans, which was about 10 pounds more than 78% of my 1RM and by far the most reps I have ever done at that weight. Fun WOD.
