    I’m going. Who else wants to go?
    If you are on the fence I can tell you that last year’s Spring Fling was my first Crossfit competition. I think I finished 2nd or 3rd last but it wasn’t about the results. I had an amazing time competing and afterwards, it fueled my drive to train harder. I know some of you who missed Frostfit regret not competing in that so here is your chance. Besides the after party will be worth it!
