		<description>I&#039;ve pulled my earlier comment bc I&#039;m not sure it was clear. I&#039;m on my iPod now so I&#039;ll sit on this for a bit and maybe write something up later. In the end Tania and I are looking at some shifts in practice we think will be healthier for each individual and our community. For now I think it&#039;s valuable to understand that tears are injuries. Help us help you avoid injury by letting us know if it has been a problem.</description>

210x5 and since I could still walk after finishing the last rep I decided to keep going...220x5 new PR!  I&#039;m glad I trusted the 55# increase Brad suggested, I was pretty skeptical :P

I had a snackless day yesterday again. I have found it hard to have a balanced snack (save maybe boiled eggs and some raw veggies) and my meals are pretty bare bones right now so I just eat those more frequently</description>

I must agree that continued support would be great. I have recently noticed that certain carbs I used to crave...don&#039;t appeal to me as much anymore. I love the boost in energy level. I&#039;m also sleeping better at night. I just finished a late night soccer game &amp; was able to play pretty much the whole game with energy to spare. :o)</description>

I have been trying to keep up at home and at work but nothing compares to the atmosphere at the box.....

I freaking love this place......this environment really brings out the best......

My time sucked today....lower back was screaming and I was a little nervous about the shoulder but I am really happy with the encouragement that I recieved and I believe I finished strong....(thank god I was not working out in the morning as I would have breached the silence condition :) sorry to everyone there that had to endure the grunts and groans)
