Where: CrossFit Winnipeg, 739 Lagimodiere, North Building
When: Saturday, January 28th, 2012
Who: Anyone and everyone. Competitors do not need to be members at CrossFit Winnipeg. Spectators are welcome to come and enjoy the event and cheer on the athletes. No admission for spectators. There will be snacks for sale and door prizes!
Why: Because competition is fun…and to determine the prairies’ fittest man and woman!
