Step 2: Try us out for free

No need to commit before you get a feel for our gym and our community. We invite you to check out our gym at no charge. Book a Private Intro Session. During your private intro session we will discuss your goals, previous training experience, and conduct a movement screening and fitness assessment. Step 3: Learn the basics

CrossFit is hard, the movements are highly technical. In the interest of safety and efficacy, we have all our new members go through private or small group training to learn the basics of what we do in our group classes. For those who are new to CrossFit we offer a Start Up Package that includes coaching to learn the basics of CrossFit, our movement progressions and our workouts here at CrossFit Winnipeg, as well as a two week unlimited CrossFit Winnipeg membership.  The 1-on-1 CrossFit Start Up package includes 6 personal training sessions you can schedule at your convenience, and personalized coaching by our experienced trainers along with two weeks of unlimited access to all CrossFit Winnipeg classes, including CrossFit, Bootcamp, kettlebell, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, yoga, gymnastics and mobility.  Click here to see our CrossFit Start Up packages.

Step 4: Become a CFW Member

In addition to individual services such as personal training and nutrition, CrossFit Winnipeg has the most CrossFit group classes in Winnipeg, over 80 classes per week, so that you can find a convenient time to train.  Our group CrossFit classes include a warm-up, skill or strength work, metabolic conditioning, and a cool down consisting of accessory work and flexibility training. Workouts are programmed months in advance, with practice workouts and testing sessions, to ensure that you are working at progressions that will yield long term results.  Includes CrossFit, bootcamp, kettlebell, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, yoga, gymnastics and mobility.

CrossFit Winnipeg offers a host of services, courses, clinics and challenges to help you take your health and fitness to the next level. We offer personal training, massage therapy, nutrition consultations, body fat measurements, and program design, to name just a few. Past events have included our Spring Leaning fat loss challenge, kettlebell certifications, self defence clinics, as well as team workouts and competitions such as our annual FrostFit event.
