Our CFW Kids & Tweens programs use a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to teach proper movement mechanics, creating a broad athletic foundation that can transfer to other sports and everyday life.

In addition to your kid learning fun new skills, you’ll notice improvements in speed, strength, agility, flexibility, stamina and balance. Even better, you will notice your child has greater confidence in themselves and their abilities.

CFW Kids classes are separated into 3 different age groups: Minis, Kids and Tweens. As an added benefit, there are adult CrossFit classes running during each of our Kids classes so that parents can train while their child is in class.

CFW Minis (Ages 4-5)
Wednesdays: 5:20pm – 5:50pm
6-Week Fall Session: Sept. 6 – Oct. 11
Cost: $73.50 + GST

CFW Kids (Ages 6-10)
Wednesdays: 6:00pm – 6:50pm
6-Week Fall Session: Sept. 6 – Oct. 11
Cost: $73.50 + GST

CFW Tweens (10-14)
Classes are twice per week ongoing on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6PM. Class is 60 minutes and runs alongside the adult class, with a coach dedicated to the tweens.
8-Class Pass: $89
4-Class Pass: $49

Teens (15-17)
For teens under the age of 18 who are ready to participate in our adult group classes we offer a discounted youth membership of $99 per month. Pre-requisite is Start-Up program.
