CrossFit Winnipeg is hosting a team for Winnipeg’s Biggest Loser, a contest organized by Hot 103. Meet Shirley, Marie, Jerri-Lynn and Tricia; we will help these 4 wonderful ladies work their way to healthier lives over the next 3 months. Real Food Challenge Nutrition Meeting

“Eat meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, no sugar.”  It’s the first line of World Class Fitness in 100 Words.  It’s also the most underestimated in its role in our fitness and performance.  If you really want to start seeing results it’s time to start thinking more about what you put into your body.  You put the effort into your training, now I challenge you to put the same effort into your diet.  Check out the details here.

On Ramp Program

On Ramp Class #1 on their first and last day

All new CrossFit Winnipeg members will start with a month of introductory classes instead of Fundamentals.  We have a new On Ramp session starting approximately every two weeks.    Click here for more details.

CrossFit Group Classes & Open Gym

We’re trying our hand at hour long group classes again, this time, the gym will have either Open Gym OR Hour long classes, but not both at once.  If you want the high energy setting and motivation that comes with the group class, you’ll want to come on Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday evenings.  If you prefer Open Gym, come on Tuesday, Thursday mornings or Wednesday, Friday evenings or on the weekend.

Specialty Classes

Our Olympic Weightlifting Class with Rosie was a big hit.  We’re hoping to have many more such classes in the new year.  We’ll keep you posted.
