Free Trial Classes Try out a class for free before you commit! Drop in for a free class and find out what CrossFit is all about.
On Ramp Classes This is our 12 hour introductory program, to be completed by all new members, designed to ease you into our on going CrossFit Program. Approximately 3 start dates per month.
CrossFit Classes 60 minute coached small group classes, including CrossFit and specialty classes such as Olympic Weightlifting and Mobility Classes, which are included as part of your monthly membership.
Our training fees are based on frequency of training and length of contract. Choose from 2 workouts per week, 3 workouts per week or unlimited. Choose a month-to-month contract or receive discounts for 6 month or 12 month commitments. Prices range from $8 per class up to $21 per class, billed on a monthly basis. The training fees include general nutritional counseling, programming, professional coached workouts, and many special events and seminars.

** “Fundamentals” is a pre-designed introductory program done in lieu of On Ramp, whereas Personal Training includes personalized program design specific to your goals or your sport, as well as individualized lifestyle and nutrition consultations.
