Free Drop In Classes

Every Saturday morning at 11:30 CrossFit Winnipeg invites members and non members to try out a free introductory class.

CrossFit Group Workouts

At CrossFit Winnipeg we have two types of group workouts.

(1) Open Gym: During these hours, members may drop in, warm up at their own pace and join in a coached workout of the day starting approximately every 20 minutes.  Coaches are always there to review technique, assist with the warm-up and cool-down and lead the workout.

(2) Group Classes: These are hour long group classes, consisting of a coached warm-up, skill or strength work, workout of the day and cool-down.

On Ramp Classes

This 12 session program is our introductory CrossFit Class and must be completed by all new members.
